Dr Probert has spent eight years at Harrow International Schools in China, where he achieved academic excellence, innovative curriculum development, and successful quality assurance. He holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Bath and is fluent in Mandarin and Russian. His deep understanding of intercultural education and commitment to global perspectives will serve our school well.

Matthew comes to us from his role as Interim Headmaster at Sherborne School, renowned for its academic excellence and commitment to holistic education. He has also served as Assistant Head at Brighton College, where he helped manage boarding strategy and supported growth, and as Housemaster at Bedford School, overseeing both pastoral and academic well-being.
