We are proud to announce great results for WAS Hangzhou at the 2025 Cambridge Outstanding Learner Awards, achieving the highest number of awards among international bilingual schools in the city. These awards, which are highly respected in the academic community, are divided into three categories: Top in the World, Top in China, and High Achievement. Recipients must not only achieve exceptional scores in individual subjects but also demonstrate academic depth and critical thinking surpassing their global peers, making these awards a “badge of academic excellence” widely recognised by leading universities worldwide.

The three award-winning pupils demonstrated exceptional talent in humanities and languages, reflecting WAS Hangzhou’s remarkable success as a British-style bilingual school in language development and multicultural education.
