The Journey of Growth and Advancement
This March, WASCZ hosted the Changzhou Regional Round of the World Scholar’s Cup as an official tournament venue. Our 20 participating teams showcased exceptional academic skills and team spirit, successfully advancing to the Global Round in Shenzhen in August. After five months of dedicated preparation, their efforts were rewarded over several days of intense competition. On the Global Round stage, our students competed alongside outstanding peers from around the world, continually challenging themselves in debates, writing tasks, and team challenges.
Thanks to their solid academic foundation and excellent teamwork, six of our students—E. Sun, Y. Woo, M. Hong, R. Khan, J. Tee, and R. Shaikh— stood out and earned the coveted opportunity to advance to the Yale Tournament of Champions.
